The incumbent will be expected to:

• Ensure timely delivery of products as per customers’ orders and approved route schedules.

• Supervise inventory management by monitoring store officers’ activities to maintain stock accuracy as per company guidelines.

• Arrange delivery vans as needed, upon due approval, at a cost-effective rate.

• Implement company policies and SOPs in all aspects of depot operations.

• Maintain depot safety and security, including stock, cash, and other assets; regularly monitor the attendance and performance of security guards.

• Deposit sales proceeds at the designated bank branch in accordance with Cash in Transit Insurance Limits and perform monthly bank reconciliations.

• Manage and verify petty cash bills, ensuring timely submission to the Head Office and proper utilization of sales proceeds.

• Ensure proper handling of expired and damaged products, storing them in the designated NCR area and arranging disposal as per procedure.

• Optimize delivery schedules and utilize manpower and vehicles efficiently.

• Regularly update customer profiles in the SDMS system to ensure smooth service and communication.

• Achieve all assigned KPIs and take initiatives for continuous improvement in depot performance.
