Experience:
BBA and MBA from a reputed public or private university, with a major in Finance/Accounting and an excellent academic background, with a minimum CGPA of 3.25
CA (CC) with a minimum of 1,100 marks is preferred. However, this is not mandatory; candidates with an excellent academic background and relevant experience may also be considered.

Conduct NPV (Net Present Value) analysis for proposed investments, projects, and strategic initiatives.
Perform IRR (Internal Rate of Return) analysis to assess the financial viability and expected returns of investment proposals.
Calculate Payback Period and evaluate the recovery period and financial attractiveness of proposed projects.
Perform FCFF (Free Cash Flow to Firm) valuation for businesses, projects, strategic investments, and corporate finance initiatives.
Conduct Relative Market Valuation using relevant market multiples and comparable companies or industry benchmarks.
Prepare project profiles and investment feasibility analyses, covering project costs, funding requirements, projected revenues, expenses, cash flows, and financial returns.
Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process, including operating and capital expenditure budgets.
Prepare and monitor monthly budget vs. actual performance and conduct detailed variance analysis.
Develop rolling forecasts and financial projections based on business performance and changing business assumptions.
Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and key financial performance indicators.
Perform scenario, sensitivity, and what-if analysis to assess the impact of changes in key financial and operational assumptions.
Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and performance presentations highlighting key financial trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
Provide strategic financial analysis and decision support to senior management, including cost optimization, investment decisions, business expansion, and value-creation opportunities.
Analyze product-wise and business-segment profitability to support management decisions.
Support strategic planning and value-creation initiatives through financial analysis, forecasting, valuation, and performance management.
Prepare other reports as required by management for decision-making.
