  • Age 27 to 37 years
  • Experience in occupational health, industrial/factory medical services, emergency care, or corporate healthcare will be considered an added advantage.

  • Good knowledge of first aid and emergency medical management.Ability to assess employee health conditions and determine appropriate medical intervention or referral.

  • Understanding of occupational health and workplace healthcare practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with HR, EHS/HSE, Administration, and other departments.

  • Strong documentation, record-keeping and Communication skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Provide primary medical consultation, treatment, and first aid to employees for illnesses, injuries, and workplace emergencies.

  2. Assess employees' health conditions and provide recommendations regarding fitness for work and return-to-work.

  3. Conduct/support pre-employment and periodic health check-ups and monitor employee health.

  4. Manage workplace medical emergencies and coordinate hospital referrals and further medical treatment when required.

  5. Identify and address occupational health risks and support workplace health and wellness initiatives.

  6. Maintain confidential medical records, reports, and documentation related to employee healthcare.

  7. Ensure proper availability and management of medicines, first-aid materials, medical equipment, and emergency supplies.

  8. Conduct health awareness and first-aid training, and train, guide, and supervise medical interns and medical support staff.

  9. Coordinate with HR, EHS/HSE, Administration, and relevant departments on employee health, safety, and medical matters.

  10. Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
