Education:

• M. Sc in Microbiology preferably from a reputed university.

• Age At most 40 years

• Minimum 8 years working experience in the mentioned department.

• Good interpersonal & communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

1)      Management of Microbiology Laboratory Operations.

2)      Supervise/perform routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, water, and environmental monitoring samples.

3)      Prepare/review test procedures, protocols, SOPs

4)      Plan and schedule laboratory work, allocate tasks, and manage team performance.

5)      Oversee environmental monitoring of cleanrooms, aseptic areas, and controlled zones.

6)      Monitor and coordinate sterility testing, endotoxin testing, microbial limit tests, and bioburden testing etc.

7)      Perform/Maintain, calibrate, and qualify microbiology laboratory equipment (incubators, autoclaves, Biosafety Cabinet, LAFs etc).

8)      Perform growth promotion test of microbiological media.

9)       Ensure effectiveness of sterilization and Depyrogenation process.

10)   Perform Evaluation of sanitizing agents and disinfectants used in cleaning and sanitizing of aseptic filling area.

11)   Train and mentor laboratory staff on microbiological methods, aseptic techniques, and safety procedures.

12)   Investigate and document OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), deviations, and nonconformities related to microbiology.

13)   Represent the department during audits and Regulatory inspections as a subject matter expert.

14) Contribute to continual improvement projects, validation activities, and new method development.
