Education:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

• Age At least 18 years

• Good knowledge of MS Excel; knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data analysis will be an advantage.

• Basic understanding of data visualization and reporting.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Collect, organize, and maintain pharmaceutical and business-related data.

• Assist in analyzing sales, product, customer, and operational data.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel or other data tools.

• Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, dashboards, and data summaries.

• Support the team in identifying trends, patterns, and key insights from data.

• Assist in preparing charts, tables, and presentations for management.

• Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify required data.

• Perform other data-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
