• Prepare the monthly budget and distribute it among the dealers and the team.

• Achieve the target of sales, volume, and revenue.

• Choose the right dealer and negotiate with them efficiently to reach a profitable bargain.

• Ensure growth of dealers, including facilitation of sales, credit management, stock rotations, and collection.

• Plan and execute workshop, demonstration, and sample activities (demand generation) to beat competition.

• Establish practice of regular reporting to supervisor(s) in a concise and clear manner.

• Motivate the sales team to get the work done & achieve the target.

• Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective countermeasures.

• Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets and corporate goals.
