Responsibilities & Context:
Cleaning and setting up machines, equipment, and utensils in the tablet coating section according to the SOP.
Obtaining line clearance before starting the coating operation and maintaining records in the necessary documents according to the SOP and BPR.
Collecting materials from the WIP room as per the BMR.
Operating coating section machinery and performing coating operations according to the BMR and under the guidance of the supervisor.
Communicating with the production and IPC supervisors regarding production activities.
