Responsibilities & Context:
Execute & supervise sterile manufacturing & filling activities as per BMR/BPR.
Ensure compliance with GMP, aseptic practice, gowning & contamination control.
Complete & maintain BMR/BPR and other production records accurately.
Ensure equipment, cleanrooms & production areas are ready & suitable for operation.
Supervise production staff & ensure proper manpower utilization.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues & achieve product targets.
