• Should have ERP knowledge.

• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

• Ability to work independently and under time pressure.

• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management & external parties.

• High level of Leadership, Collaboration, Team Management and Time Management.

• Ensure strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), WHO GMP guidelines, applicable regulatory requirements and established company quality standards throughout all injectable manufacturing operations.

• Ensure that the daily production schedule is followed.

• Check and ensure that all materials are dispensed according to the product formulation.

• Raise the BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and BPR (Batch Packaging Record) to the Warehouse for the production process as per schedule.

• Ensure that products are manufactured in accordance with the BMR and BPR.

• Check and ensure that all BMR and BPR parameters are followed correctly during production.

• Ensure that equipment is operated with the products as per the SOP.

• Should have adequate knowledge of preparing URS (User Requirement Specification) for sterile production machinery. Should also have knowledge of machinery troubleshooting, clean room URS/Room Data Sheet and URS for water purification system machines.

• Ensure proper utilization of workers.

• Calculate the man-hours involved in the production process.

• Ensure that the section area is kept clean and tidy.

• Communicate with the Engineering Department for prompt maintenance whenever required, and inform the Production Manager.

• Evaluate workers' performance quarterly and submit the evaluation to the Factory Manager through the Production Manager.

• Prepare the section's monthly report and the monthly demand vs. supply report, and submit them to the Production Manager.

• Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
