Responsibilities & Context:
Performing in-operation environment monitoring of injectable and semi solid manufacturing area and carrying out monthly trend analysis.
Environment monitoring of antacids Mfg. area and other general liquid filling area.
Preparation and execution of Aseptic Process Simulation (APS) validation activities.
Re-qualification of air classified area (HVAC, Utilities & Machines).
Monthly trend analysis of environmental monitoring, water system and personnel hygiene.
To perform the troubleshooting of equipment.
