Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the selling operations of shop with upgraded knowledge and using modern technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense correct medicines to customers based on prescriptions accurately.
Maintain a basic understanding of medicine names, uses, dosages, and storage, and assist customers accordingly.
Handle daily sales, billing, and cash management at the pharmacy counter.
Regularly monitor medicine stock levels, expiration dates, and overall inventory.
Assist in receiving new stock, proper shelf arrangement, and stock updates.
Maintain cleanliness and an orderly environment inside the pharmacy.
Exhibit polite, professional, and empathetic behavior toward all customers and patients.
Support other routine operational tasks of the pharmacy when required.
