Responsibilities & Context:
To conduct IPC tests during manufacturing & packaging and keep records.
To perform change-over clearance in all stages of manufacturing and packaging.
To perform sampling of Intermediate, bulk & finished products for test & analysis.
To perform finished product inspection by random sampling from master cartons for batch release.
To collect retention samples from every batch of finished products.
To monitor differential pressure, temperature, and relative humidity of the production area.
To conduct the Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) of products and prepare the reports.
