Job Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day operation and management of the pharmacy.
Receive and respond to incoming phone calls professionally and provide relevant information to patients, customers, and healthcare professionals.
Visit doctors' chambers, pharmacies, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to promote the services of Daktarbari Health Point.
Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, clinic representatives, and other relevant stakeholders.
Promote the organization's pharmacy, doctors' consultation, and diagnostic services.
Communicate with patients and customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
Assist with customer inquiries, prescription-related queries, appointment coordination, and service information.
Support local marketing activities and help increase customer awareness and engagement.
Maintain regular records of market visits, customer feedback, and marketing activities.
Perform other relevant duties assigned by the management.
