• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) from a recognized university.

• Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm) will be preferred.

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• Age At least 29 years

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Production, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

• Good knowledge of GMP, SOPs and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.

• Basic understanding of production documentation and batch records.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and in shifts, if required.

Job Location: Factory, Khagan, Savar, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in pharmaceutical production activities in accordance with approved SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).

• Operate and monitor production equipment under appropriate supervision and ensure proper operation as per established procedures.

• Follow GMP, safety and housekeeping requirements within the production area.

• Perform In-Process Checks (IPC) and promptly report any abnormalities or deviations to the concerned supervisor.

• Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records, logbooks and other production-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• Support line clearance and changeover activities as per approved procedures.

• Coordinate with QA, QC and Engineering departments to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

• Follow proper material handling, dispensing and transfer procedures.

• Ensure production activities are performed according to approved procedures, quality standards and production schedules.

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and proper environmental conditions in the production area.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
