Excellent planning & execution skills as well as strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills

Well conversant with MS-Office
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct pre-formula & development studies to optimize the formula and process for solid, opthalmic, injectable, liquid & lyophilized products
Perform reformulation activities for improving quality, manufacturing process and minimizing cost
Review of DMF, COAs, MSDS of APIs and excipients
Participate in IQ, OQ, PQ activities of lab equipments
Explore to develop the alternate vendor for existing products
Design the finished products specification
Conduct stability study of new & existing products
