• Newly graduates are encouraged to apply 1-2 years of relevant experience in API manufacturing will get preference

• Sound knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & pharmaceutical manufacturing practices

Healthcare Chemicals Limited (HCL), a sister concern of Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited, located in API Park, besides Dhaka-Chittagong Highway in Gazaria upazila of Munshiganj, envisions manufacturing world class pharmaceutical raw materials for the local and foreign markets. HCL would like to reduce dependency on foreign sourcing of raw materials for the pharmaceuticals industry and save valuable foreign currency of the country. HCL will manufacture Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and related key chemicals required for the pharmaceuticals industry.

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals for the following position in HCL.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor reactors, dryers, centrifuges, multi-mills, sifters, and other API production equipment

• Execute batch manufacturing activities in accordance with BMR, SOPs, GMP, and established procedures

• Maintain accurate and timely production documentation and records

• Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pH, vacuum, nitrogen pressure, drying parameters, and other process conditions

• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, R&D, and other relevant departments for smooth execution of production activities

• Ensure proper safety, housekeeping, and GMP compliance in the production area

• Support troubleshooting and process improvement activities as required
