• Maximum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or API production is preferable.

• Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes will get preference.

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

• Good documentation and communication skills

• Ability to work in team and maintain discipline

• Ability to work under stress

Healthcare Chemicals Limited (HCL), a sister concern of Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited, located in API Park, besides Dhaka-Chittagong Highway in Gazaria upazila of Munshiganj, envisions manufacturing world class pharmaceutical raw materials for the local and foreign markets. HCL would like to reduce dependency on foreign sourcing of raw materials for the pharmaceuticals industry and save valuable foreign currency of the country. HCL will manufacture Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and related key chemicals required for the pharmaceuticals industry.
Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Assist in pharmaceutical production activities as per SOPs and batch manufacturing records.

• Operate and monitor production equipment under supervision.

• Follow GMP, safety, and housekeeping requirements in the production area.

• Perform in-process checks and report any abnormalities to supervisors.

• Maintain batch records, logbooks, and related production documents.

• Support line clearance and changeover activities.

• Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering for smooth production operations.

• Follow proper material handling and dispensing procedures.
