Healthcare Chemicals Limited (HCL), a sister concern of Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited, located in API Park, besides Dhaka-Chittagong Highway in Gazaria upazila of Munshiganj, envisions manufacturing world class pharmaceutical raw materials for the local and foreign markets. HCL would like to reduce dependency on foreign sourcing of raw materials for the pharmaceuticals industry and save valuable foreign currency of the country. HCL will manufacture Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and related key chemicals required for the pharmaceuticals industry.

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals for the following position in HCL.

Job Description/responsibility:

• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements in manufacturing and packaging areas.

• Perform line clearance, IPQC, BMR and logbook checking, and handling of retention sample.

• Prepare and control SOPs and ensure QMS-related documentation is maintained.

• Compile batch documents and perform batch release activities.

• Conduct sampling of intermediate and finished products, including cleaning and process validation samples.

• Conduct investigations for deviations, incidents, non-conformances, market complaints, and OOS/OOT results.

• Prepare the Annual Product Quality Review (APQR).

• Handle the Market Compliant, Deviation, Incident, CAPA, NCR & rejections.

• Coordinate change control activities and follow up on associated actions.

• Follow up on CAPA and evaluate its effectiveness.

• Coordinate and conduct training activities.
