Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced BSc Engineer (Civil) to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in steel structure engineering and MS material-related projects.

·        Design & Drawing: Perform precise design and drawing for steel structures and MS material-related structures.

·        Tendering & Estimation: Prepare accurate quotations, commercial proposals, and tender documents to effectively win projects.

·        Client Presentation: Present technical and financial project proposals to potential customers and stakeholders.

·        Sales & Revenue: Drive strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve the company's designated revenue targets.

·        Workforce & Site Management: Manage the workforce efficiently at workshops and project sites for smooth, timely delivery.

·        Performance Monitoring: Monitor worker performance closely and implement swift corrective measures to optimize productivity.

·        Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict safety and security compliance at sites in accordance with customer expectations and Bangladesh labor laws.

·        Reporting: Prepare and submit timely analytical reports regarding project progress and execution performance.

·        Vendor Management: Supervise and coordinate with suppliers and third-party vendors aligned with project agreements.

·        Billing & Invoicing: Prepare comprehensive work completion reports and financial invoices.

·        Accounts Receivable: Actively collect outstanding payments from customers and proactively prevent overdue receivables.
