1. Perform quality control testing and analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products as per approved specifications and procedures.

2. Conduct physical, chemical and instrumental analysis using appropriate laboratory equipment and analytical methods.

3. Ensure all testing activities are performed in compliance with GMP/cGMP, SOPs and quality standards.

4. Perform method development, method validation/verification and analytical method transfer as required.

5. Support new product development, formulation development and optimization activities.

6. Prepare and maintain analytical reports, worksheets, specifications and other QC/PD documentation.

7. Handle OOS/OOT, deviations and laboratory investigations and support appropriate CAPA implementation.

8. Ensure proper calibration, qualification and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.

9. Coordinate with QA, Production, R&D and other relevant departments regarding quality and product development activities.

10. Ensure proper laboratory safety, housekeeping, chemical handling and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

11. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in all laboratory activities.

12. Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
