Responsibilities & Context:
Regulatory & Compliance Communication: Draft and review external communications, product releases, and corporate announcements to ensure fulfil the company requirement.
Corporate & Brand Reputation Management: Develop strategies to build and protect the company’s corporate image among healthcare professionals (HCPs), regulatory bodies, trade associations, and the market relationship.
CSR & Market Awareness Campaigns: Plan and execute market awareness initiatives, corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.
Internal & Employee Communications: Facilitate internal messaging across departments (R&D, manufacturing, sales force, and management) regarding policy updates, corporate news, product launches, and any other.
Crisis & Issues Management: Assist leadership in developing crisis communication protocols to address potential product recalls, regulatory audits, adverse event disclosures, or corporate reputational risks.
Market Monitoring & Analytics: Track news coverage, market developments, and competitor communications to generate periodic media intelligence reports for executive management.
