Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
- Performing In-Process Checks (IPC), Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Hold/Process Record (HPR) review, Change Control activities, and Batch Release activities.
- Handling Market Complaints, Deviations, Quality Incident Reports (QIR), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and product rejection activities.
- Handling batch documentation and retention samples and ensuring proper investigation and documentation of quality incidents.
- Conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and preparing and conducting training programs for employees.
- Issuing, reviewing, and closing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR) and performing final product release for the market.
- Issuing, reviewing, and approving Process Validation and Hold Time Study protocols, and monitoring validation activities.
- Issuing, reviewing, and approving Machine/Equipment Qualification protocols, and monitoring qualification and requalification activities.
- Ensuring proper preparation, review, maintenance, and control of all Quality Assurance-related documents in compliance with applicable SOPs, GMP requirements, and the Quality Management System (QMS).
