Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

• A Grade Pharmacist Licence is mandatory.

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Priority will be given to experienced candidates with previous job history in a supermarket, retail pharmacy (like Lazz Pharma, Tamana Pharmacy, Islamia Pharmacy, Al-Modina Pharmacy, etc.) at Gulshan, Banani, Uttara, and Bashundara.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): model pharmacy, supermarket, super shop, or hospital pharmacy.
• You must be an expert in baby-related products: baby foods, surgical items, grocery products, etc.
• Sound software knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and ability to work for long working hours in any department. 

Job Context

 We are seeking individuals with a strong background in pharmacy, with a valid license to practice the profession, who can review and interpret physician orders/prescriptions and detect therapeutic incompatibilities. Dispenses medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals. Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies and advising interventions.

Type: Permanent (Full-time)

Job Responsibilities

• Carried out shifting duties accurately and efficiently.
• Resolved problems, improved operations, and provided exceptional service.
• Monitored all company inventory to ensure stock levels and databases were updated.
• Drove operational improvements, which resulted in savings and improved profit margins.
• Resolved conflicts and negotiated mutually beneficial agreements between parties.
• Received and processed stock into the inventory management system.
• Compounded and dispensed prescribed medications, drugs, and other pharmaceuticals for patient care by performing the following duties.
• Patient counseling and information to pharmacy customers on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage.
• Maintain records, such as pharmacy files, inventories, stock management, registries of narcotics, or controlled drugs.
• May provide functional supervision to professional, paraprofessional, and support staff in their respective pharmacy, including training, assigning duties, and providing input for performance evaluations.
• Ensure necessary safety and accountability of all products stored within the premises of the pharmacy, including the central store.
• Report to management about daily sales & overall stock condition of the central store on a timely basis.
