Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
∎ Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of sales and service delivery.
∎ Identify, Target and Develop business relationships that are aligned with the strategy of the company to support and grow. Help to purchases team to buildup a budget plan.
∎ Have very polished idea about product specifications, features and usability, also knowing the target group well.
∎ To responsible for ensuring that the right amount of goods are available in store and are being sold at the right price.
∎ Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products; removing damaged or freshness-dated products; tidying store shelves; providing optimum display of products.
∎ • Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory; observing inventory levels; prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
∎ Analyzing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.
∎ Prepare sales action plans inside the branch.
∎ Maintain relationship with clients by providing proper guidance.
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
∎ Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
∎ Follow up on sales activity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
