Responsibilities & Context:

·         Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

·         Lead, supervise, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

·         Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and forecasts.

·         Generate new business opportunities and identify potential customers and market segments.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

·         Conduct client meetings, property presentations, project briefings, and negotiations.

·         Ensure timely follow-up with prospective buyers and convert leads into successful sales.

·         Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and real estate industry developments.

·         Coordinate with the Marketing, Customer Service, Accounts, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

·         Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance analysis to the management.

·         Participate in the development and execution of promotional and sales campaigns.

·         Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

·         Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
