Responsibilities & Context:
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed strict monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for land plot allocations, flat bookings, and down-payment collections.
- Aggressive Lead Prospecting: Generate qualified leads through cold calling, corporate visits, digital campaign follow-ups, real estate expos, and localized networking.
- Site Visits & Layout Presentation: Organize and lead client field trips to project sites, explaining master plans, road networks, land dimensions, floor plans, and surrounding infrastructure developments.
- Financial Structuring & Closing: Present flexible payment schemes (equal installments, down payments, registration fees) and guide buyers through payment schedules to secure immediate booking deposits.
- Objection Handling & Value Pitching: Address client hesitations regarding project timelines, location potential, legal approvals, and competitive market pricing to close deals quickly.
- Achieving your monthly sales target
