About the Role

We are looking for a Founder’s Associate - Intern to support our team with content research, marketing research, and copy ideas.

You will work closely with our CEO to research ideas, organize insights, draft content, improve messaging, and support the marketing team’s day-to-day content and marketing workflow.

The ideal person is curious, organized, comfortable with research, and interested in startups, design, branding, content, marketing, and AI-assisted workflows.

What You’ll Work On

You will assist with:

General Research & Writing Support

• Research things (strategy, planning, content ideas) for Rubik

• Help organize messaging ideas around Rubik’s services, offers, and target audience

• Organize content ideas, drafts, and references in Notion/Google Docs

• Help draft LinkedIn posts, short-form content, website copy, captions, and basic blog/article outlines

• Turn rough ideas, voice notes, and internal notes into clean content drafts

• Collect examples of strong content from similar companies, founders, agencies, and startups

• Help create content angles around design, startups, no-code, websites, branding, growth, and client work

Marketing & Growth Execution

• Support the team in executing go-to-market (GTM) campaigns for new services, offers, initiatives, and launches

• Help execute marketing campaigns from idea to launch, including content, distribution, research, and coordination

• Identify relevant communities, groups, and platforms where Rubik can participate and contribute

• Help with community posting and engagement across relevant startup, founder, design, and business communities

• Assist with outreach, partnerships, collaborations, and other growth experiments

• Track what we’re testing, what’s working, and ideas we should explore next

What We’re Looking For

You do not need years of experience. But you should have:

• Strong English reading and writing ability

• Good research skills

• Interest in content, marketing, startups, branding, or design

• Fluent in working with Notion, Google Docs, Google Sheets, or similar tools

• Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.

• Good attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and improve
