Job Context: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and & Marketing Manager to drive sales growth, expand the customer base, and strengthen the market presence of our products.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve targets.
Build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Manage online and social media marketing activities.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
Plan promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales activities.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Coordinate with sales, inventory, and production teams.
Handle customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
