Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Marketing & Sales Team in promoting the company’s residential projects and property solutions.
Communicate with prospective clients and assist in developing professional customer relationships.
Support lead generation through personal networking, referrals, digital platforms, and other marketing channels.
Assist in conducting client meetings, project presentations, site visits, and follow-ups.
Understand customers’ requirements and assist the team in recommending suitable property solutions.
Follow up with prospective clients under the guidance of the reporting manager.
Assist in maintaining records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Participate in promotional campaigns, property fairs, corporate events, and other marketing activities.
Support the Sales Team in achieving assigned sales and activity targets.
Prepare and maintain regular activity reports.
Coordinate with the Marketing & Sales Team and other relevant departments.
Learn and develop practical knowledge of real estate marketing and sales processes.
Perform other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Educational QualificationBachelor of Real Estate (BRE) from Daffodil International University (DIU).
Students currently pursuing the Bachelor of Real Estate program at Daffodil International University are also encouraged to apply.

Strong interest in Sales & Marketing.
