Position: Executive – Customer Engagement & Experience
Job Location: Head Office, Uttara, Dhaka
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Saturday – Thursday (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and customers.

• Promote and present the company’s residential projects and property investment opportunities.

• Generate new sales leads through personal networking, field activities, digital platforms, referrals, and other marketing channels.

• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, site visits, and follow-ups.

• Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.

• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective and existing clients.

• Coordinate with the Sales Team, Marketing Department, and other relevant departments.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Participate in promotional campaigns, property fairs, corporate events, and other marketing activities.

• Prepare regular sales/activity reports for the reporting manager.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
  

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Real Estate, or any relevant discipline from a recognised university.

• Candidates with strong sales experience may also be considered based on their skills and performance.
  

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Real Estate/Property Development sector.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, confidence, and a genuine interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

• Positive, energetic, and target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

• Good convincing and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to work in both office and field environments.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
  Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: BDT 20,000 per month+ commission.

  • Performance review and salary adjustment based on individual contribution and company policy.
