Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Graduation from a public university is preferred. Highly experienced candidates may be considered.

• Age At least 28 years

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and procurement software.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Steel industries work experience preferable & Dhaka area.

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

• Identify and target new customers and business opportunities within the deformed bar/rod manufacturing sector.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.

• Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager.

• Perform any other duties assigned by higher management.
