Job Responsibilities
Collect property inventory for sales (residential flats & commercial units).
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Handle client meetings, property visits, negotiations, and deal closing.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Maintain strong relationships with flat owners, buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
Coordinate with the marketing team for sales campaigns and promotions.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
Monitor Dhaka real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the company’s professional image.
