Job Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the company’s Food & Beverage business, including marketing, brand management, channel development, and sales operations.

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.

• Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.

• Develop and manage a nationwide distributor network across Bangladesh.

• Identify new market opportunities and develop effective distribution and channel strategies.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business and marketing decisions.

• Develop and implement pricing strategies, channel policies, trade promotions, and marketing campaigns.

• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Manage and control marketing and promotional budgets effectively.

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, key customers, and business partners.

• Take full ownership of the overall sales and marketing performance of the business.
