Job Context:
We are looking for a smart, friendly and professional Front MTO Sales & Marketing to join our team at our Company. If you have strong communication skills and a pleasant personality, we’d love to hear from you.
Manage the FMCG sales.
Monitor and lead the area Sales Team to achieve the respective area’s sales target.
Ensure product visibility to the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Shadow Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) to understand distributor networks, route planning, and retail coverage.
Track daily order booking, secondary sales performance, key account management, and outlet-level penetration rate metrics.
Job Responsibilities:
Searching potential customers by regularly market visit.
Monitor and lead the area Sales Team to achieve the respective area’s sales target.
Ensure product visibility to the market.
Guide to the team for sales bit and effective sales communication.
Collect retailers’ information in a systematic way and build a strong relationship with customers.
Handle the market with strong confidence for achieving the sales target.
Plan, develop and execute innovative sales plans to establish a growing brand in order to achieve overall sales targets in terms of volume, revenue and profitability of Company's products.
Give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvement area of the market and set to expand the sales network of particular territory.
Development new clients (customers) and maintain good relationship with clients.
Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly market report on sales & distribution.
Collect competitor movement in market place to ensure the strength of own product.
Follow-up daily sales report.
