Responsibilities
Manage company Facebook page and other social media platforms
Create and publish property-related posts, reels and videos
Respond to customer messages, comments and inquiries
Generate leads through social media marketing
Communicate with potential buyers
Follow up with leads and maintain customer records
Explain flat, land and project details to customers
Arrange property visits for interested clients
Support the sales team in converting leads into customers
Prepare daily marketing and sales reports
Maintain professional communication with clients and prospects
