Job Description :
Noredef Global Consultancy is looking for an experienced, creative, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Officer to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook Page Management, Travel Agency, Manpower Recruitment, Visa Consultancy, or Student Visa-related businesses and should understand how to reach and engage the right target customers.
Key Responsibilities:
*Promote the company’s Europe visa and immigration services to potential clients.
Generate new leads through online and offline marketing activities.
* Manage and professionally operate the company’s Facebook Page as a Page Moderator/Admin.
* Develop and execute effective Digital Marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Manage marketing activities across Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant digital platforms.
* Identify target customers and develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, leads, inquiries, and conversions.
* Create and manage Facebook Ads / Meta Ads and other online advertising campaigns.
* Create engaging Reels, short videos, promotional videos, posts, stories, and digital content.
* Plan and execute content calendars and maintain consistent online activity.
* Monitor page performance, audience engagement, campaign results, and competitors.
* Understand customer behavior and implement strategies to grow the company’s digital audience and brand presence.
* Coordinate digital promotions for Tourist Visa, Work Permit, Student Visa, Travel, Air Ticketing, Manpower Recruitment, and other consultancy services.
* Create attractive marketing content based on current market trends.
* Handle basic Graphic Design work and have practical knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop or similar design software.
* Edit basic promotional videos and create professional social-media content.
* Work independently to develop new ideas and strategies for increasing the company’s online presence.
* Stay updated with the latest Digital Marketing trends, social-media algorithms, advertising techniques, and content strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Digital Marketing.
* Previous experience in a Travel Agency, Manpower/Recruitment Agency, Visa Consultancy, Immigration, or Student Visa-related company will be highly preferred.
* Good understanding of Visa and Travel-related services and their target customers.
* Strong knowledge of Facebook/Meta Marketing and Page Management.
* Practical knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social-media platforms.
* Strong computer skills with good knowledge of common office and digital marketing tools.
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Graphic Design.
* Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and experience working with AI/EPS/PSD or similar design files will be an advantage.
* Ability to create Reels, promotional videos, social-media posts, banners, and other digital content.
* Creative mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet marketing targets and deadlines.
* Must be proactive, responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn new digital marketing techniques.
Preferred Candidate
We are particularly interested in candidates who have hands-on experience promoting Travel, Visa, Manpower, Overseas Employment, Immigration, or Student Visa services through digital platforms and understand how to generate genuine customer inquiries and leads through social media.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: BDT 18000-25000/month, depending on experience and capability.
