* New Agent/Channel Partner Acquisition

* Active Agent Development

* Sales Revenue through Agent Network

* Lead & Customer Conversion

·       Develop and maintain a strong network of Agents/Channel Partners to generate sales.

·       Identify and activate new Agents within assigned areas.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Agents.

·       Communicate company products/services, pricing, offers, and sales processes to Agents.

·       Generate lead and sales opportunities through the Agent network.

·       Support Agents in converting leads into customers.

·       Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through Agent-based sales.

·       Monitor Agent performance and identify opportunities for business growth.

·       Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations for potential Agents.
