Responsibilities & Context:
Shatarupa Weaving Mills Ltd. is a leading fabric manufacturer in Bangladesh, specializing in panting & suiting fabrics for wholesale and garment markets.
This role is strictly designed for Islampur market expansion, where the executive will work directly in fabric wholesale shops, build strong buyer relationships, and increase daily order flow from existing + new customers.
Performance Expectation (Important)
Daily market visit & order generation is mandatory
Must maintain strong regular buyer list in Islampur
Focus on repeat sales (not only new customers)
Monthly target achievement required
Reporting discipline is strict (daily update required)
