Responsibilities & Context: N. AMIN TEXTILE MILLS LIMITED is looking for an experienced and execution-driven Factory Manager who can take ownership of daily weaving factory operation, loom efficiency, production control, maintenance coordination, manpower discipline, quality control and accurate reporting.
This is not only a routine factory management role. The selected candidate must be capable of reducing loom downtime, improving shift accountability, coordinating mechanical and electrical teams, ensuring preventive maintenance follow-up and preparing management-ready daily/weekly factory reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily loom-wise production target vs actual output
Track running, down, idle and low-efficiency looms
Coordinate mechanical and electrical maintenance teams
Ensure RCA for repeat breakdown and chronic machine problems
Follow up preventive maintenance schedule and spare-parts requirement
Control shift-wise manpower, attendance, operator performance and floor discipline
Monitor warping, sizing, beam availability, weaving, inspection and fabric flow
Reduce wastage, rejection, rework and production loss
Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly factory reports
Coordinate with HR/Admin, Store/SCM, Commercial/Sales and top management
