Experience:

• Only Male

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the yarn and fabric industry, preferably with a knitting mill, weaving mill, fabric processing unit, or fabric manufacturing organization.

• Must have strong knowledge and practical experience in yarn, fabric, and product development.

• Experience in both Knit and Woven.

• Follow up the complete process from yarn/fabric booking through shipment, including greige fabric and lining.

• Liaise and coordinate with yarn suppliers, fabric mills, agents, and factories.

• Follow up orders throughout the process, from yarn/fabric development and quality approval through to garment shipment.

• Maintain proper lot, count, composition, color, shade, GSM, width and batch-wise identification of materials.

• Ensure timely preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly yarn/fabric production and delivery reports.

• Take accountability for managing technical issues related to yarn and fabrics.

• Utilize technical knowledge of yarn, fabric manufacturing, knitting, weaving, dyeing, washing, and finishing processes to identify potential risks.

• Follow up on fabric development, approval, production, quality, and delivery to ensure timely execution.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve yarn and fabric-related technical and commercial issues.
