Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve sales targets targets and drive business growth within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong Dealer, Distributor and Retailer networks.
Identity and onboard new business partners.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor market activities.
Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve targets.
Monitor sales performance and submit regular market reports.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners.
Follow up on dealer payments and outstanding dues.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
Strengthen WinGen’s brand presence and market coverage.
