3.Minimum 3 years of hands-on professional experience in air-conditioning installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

4.Strong practical experience with VRF, central air-conditioning, and split AC systems.Skilled in installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various AC systems.Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs.Experience in routine inspection and maintenance of AC equipment and systems.Ability to work independently and respond effectively to AC breakdowns and maintenance requirements.Previous experience in a school, commercial building, or large facility will be an advantage.

• Install, maintain, service, and repair VRF, central, and split air-conditioning systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.

• Carry out regular preventive maintenance of all air-conditioning equipment.

• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and replacement of AC units and components.

• Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, filters, coils, thermostats, and other components.

• Respond promptly to AC breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs.

• Maintain proper records of maintenance, repairs, and replaced parts.

• Ensure all AC systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Coordinate with other maintenance staff for repair and facility-related work.
