Responsibilities & Context:

Develop and maintain strong and professional relationships with existing dealers.
Build and maintain regular communication with dealers to ensure long-time business relationship.
Identify and develop new dealers to expand the company’s dealer network within the assigned district.
Visit dealers and markets regularly to understand their requirements, business challenges and market needs.
Manage dealer relationships effectively and ensure proper coordination regarding orders, product availability, pricing and delivery.
Achieve sales targets through effective dealer management and market development.
Collect orders from dealers and follow up regularly to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Monitor dealer performance and provide necessary support to improve sales and market coverage.
Resolve dealer-related issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely solutions.
Lead and monitor the assigned Sales & Marketing team to ensure proper market coverage and target achievement.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales, dealer visit and market reports to management.
