• Minimum 4–8 years of experience as a Factory Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, transformers, motors, generators and industrial control systems.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergency breakdowns.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and industrial electrical safety standards.

Job Context

HC Group Co., Ltd. is looking for a skilled, responsible and experienced Factory Electrician to join our Engineering & Maintenance Team. The position will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable and uninterrupted operation of electrical systems, production machinery and industrial equipment. The successful candidate will play an important role in preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, equipment installation and minimizing production downtime through timely and effective technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair factory electrical systems, production machinery and industrial equipment.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance to ensure smooth operations and minimize unexpected equipment downtime.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in motors, control panels, PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, transformers, generators, sensors and other industrial equipment.

• Monitor electrical equipment performance and identify potential faults or abnormalities before they lead to equipment failure.

• Read, understand and work with electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, control circuits and equipment manuals.

• Support the installation, wiring, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of new machinery and electrical equipment.

• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and ensure proper functioning of power distribution, control and protection systems.

• Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and provide effective troubleshooting to restore production operations safely and efficiently.

• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, electrical faults, repairs, spare parts and equipment condition.

• Ensure all electrical work is carried out in compliance with electrical safety standards, HSE requirements and company procedures.

• Coordinate with the Engineering, Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth and continuous factory operations.

• Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and spare parts properly and report any required replacements or technical issues to the supervisor.

• Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO), safe isolation and other electrical safety procedures during maintenance and repair activities.
