• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Electric Wire/Cable, Battery, Storage cell, Power, Real Estate Startup

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Great leadership and organizational skills.
• Expertise in project management tools like Microsoft Projects and CAD software like AutoCAD
• Superb project management skills.
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
• Great written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Designing and implementing work schedules for the electrical staff. Preparing cable schedule, leading the wiring team of any sort of MV/HV/EHV Substation Electrical Works.

• install solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related components on residential and commercial rooftops, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

• Connect solar systems to the electrical grid, perform electrical wiring, and ensure proper grounding and weather sealing.

• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.

• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.

• Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.

• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.

• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

• AC circuit checking and Substation Equipment operations

• Preparation of Mark-up drawings, technical drawings and engineering plans as built cable schedule etc.

• Trouble shooting relating to any sort of control-protection problems of existing substations

• Inspecting and assessing the work done by the electrical staff.

• Reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.

• Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions.

• Overseeing the purchasing and maintenance of the electrical equipment on-site.

• Identifying technical issues and resolving them in a timely manner is another responsibility on their shoulders. 

• They also provide technical advice and ensure seamless collaboration with clients, construction crews, and other stakeholders.

• Ready to take any additional loads assigned by the Head of Department or higher authority.  

• Ensuring the work is completed on schedule and to report.
