Responsibilities & Context:

• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the Elevator/Lift industry.

• Strong practical and in-depth knowledge of NICE, STEP & ARKEL Elevator Controllers.

• Hands-on expertise in controller installation, programming, parameter setting, commissioning, troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.

• Good knowledge of VFD, motor control, encoder, door operator, safety circuits, control panels and electrical/electronic systems.

• Strong ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

• Experience in site supervision, technical team coordination and customer handling.

• Supervise and execute elevator/lift installation, inspection, testing and commissioning.
  

• Configure and troubleshoot NICE, STEP and ARKEL controllers and related systems.

• Perform fault diagnosis and provide effective technical solutions.

• Conduct preventive maintenance, servicing and performance checks.

• Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, consultants and clients.

• Ensure projects are completed according to technical specifications, quality and safety standards.

• Prepare commissioning, inspection, service and technical reports.

• Handle customer technical complaints and provide professional after-sales support.

• Visit project sites and supervise technical activities as required.

• Provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians.
