Strong proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant 2D/3D visualization software. Must have practical experience in architectural 3D modeling, interior and exterior visualization, and photorealistic rendering. Strong understanding of architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, materials, textures, lighting, and landscaping. Ability to convert 2D drawings and design concepts into accurate and realistic 3D visualizations. Knowledge of AI-based design and visualization tools will be considered an added advantage. Good sense of design, composition, color, lighting, materials, and visual presentation. Ability to prepare high-quality still renders, walkthroughs, and project presentation materials. Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Developer, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction companies will be preferred. Must be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working according to project requirements and deadlines. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and incorporate feedback efficiently. Good communication and coordination skills with Architects, Engineers, Project Teams, Sales & Marketing Teams, and Management. Candidates should have a strong portfolio of previous architectural visualization and rendering work.

We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Visualizer to develop high-quality architectural visualizations, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in 3D visualization, Lumion, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, 2D design, and AI-assisted design tools.

The position requires the ability to transform architectural drawings, concepts, and design ideas into realistic and visually compelling presentations while coordinating closely with architects, engineers, project teams, and management.

Job Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D architectural models, realistic renderings, and visualizations for interior and exterior projects.

• Develop detailed 3D models using SketchUp based on architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts.

• Produce professional architectural renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals using Lumion or similar rendering software.

• Prepare and modify 2D architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and details using AutoCAD.

• Use Adobe Photoshop for post-production, image enhancement, architectural presentations, and marketing visuals.

• Develop realistic materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, environments, and other visual elements for architectural renders.

• Convert conceptual ideas and 2D drawings into accurate and visually appealing 3D presentations.

• Utilize appropriate AI-based design and visualization tools to improve design concepts, presentation quality, and workflow efficiency.

• Prepare architectural visuals and presentation materials for client meetings, management presentations, project proposals, and marketing purposes.

• Coordinate with Architectural, Civil, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Project teams to ensure visualizations accurately reflect project requirements.

• Revise drawings, models, and renderings based on feedback from management, architects, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain consistency in design quality, branding, dimensions, materials, and overall visual presentation.

• Manage multiple visualization assignments and ensure timely completion according to project deadlines.

• Stay updated with the latest 3D visualization techniques, rendering technologies, AI tools, architectural trends, and design software.

• Perform any other design and visualization-related responsibilities assigned by management.
