We are looking for a Senior Manager – Product Engineering to lead our Product Engineering team and support new and existing products. The role will be responsible for NPI, product development, engineering validation, technical troubleshooting, and production readiness. Candidates with relevant experience in mobile phone or electronics manufacturing, strong leadership, and problem-solving skills are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Product Engineering team for new and existing products.

• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from product development through pilot production and mass production.

• Coordinate with R&D/Design teams to review product specifications, engineering requirements, and technical issues.

• Develop and implement engineering validation, testing, and product improvement plans.

• Analyze product and process-related issues and lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.

• Support production teams in resolving product, process, and technical issues during mass production.

• Ensure product quality, reliability, manufacturability, and production readiness.

• Lead engineering trials, pilot runs, process verification, and product qualification activities.

• Monitor engineering performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement cost, quality, and efficiency improvements.

• Manage and develop engineering team members through effective leadership, technical guidance, and performance management.

• Prepare engineering reports and communicate project status, technical risks, and improvement plans to management.
