• 3+ years of experience in retail channel management or store operations.

• Experience in specialty stores, mobile phone retail or consumer electronics is preferred.

• Familiar with store opening, renovation, visual merchandising and sales policy management.

• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Strong ability to manage multiple stores and regional teams.

• Willing to travel regularly.

• Manage the operation of the national specialty store channel.

• Develop and manage store sales policies and operating standards.

• Manage policy implementation, activation and adjustment.

• Coordinate store opening, renovation and image improvement projects.

• Manage store layout, display standards and visual merchandising.

• Monitor store sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Coordinate with regional teams, store managers and business partners.

• Establish standardized operating procedures for specialty stores.

• Conduct regular store visits and provide improvement recommendations.

• Prepare national specialty store performance reports.
