Responsibilities & Context:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, manage & develop the promoter team to achieve sales targets.
- Arrange training programs for new products and skill development for the VBA team.
- Execute new product launches, retail promotions & activities.
- Ensure retail image standards and drive effective demo implementation.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching & drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams for effective execution.
